Man shot in Schagen farm attack

SCHAGEN – A man is recovering in hospital after being shot twice during a house robbery.
Police confirmed that three suspects attacked the couple and robbed them of their Toyota Fortuner and other valuables such as cellphones.
According to Sg
t Gerald Sedibe, provincial police spokesman, no arrests have been made yet. “One of the victims was shot in this hip and taken to hospital, but is in a stable condition. The woman escaped unscathed,” Sedibe said. The incident happened at around 19:00 yesterday.
The vehicle was apparently recovered in the Malalane area. More information will be published as soon as it becomes available.
