Provincial top learner awarded with a brand new car

Mpumalanga’s 2016 matric top learner, Nomaan Shoukat Mulla, was awarded with a brand-new Toyota Etios from Imperial Toyota Nelspruit.

His outstanding achievements have positioned him as the overall best-performing matriculant for 2016 in Mpumalanga. He is also the national top achiever in physical science.

On top of that, Nomaan came third in the category of mathematics and physical science combined.

 

The Mpumalanga provincial government has awarded Mulla a full bursary that will cover all his academic needs, including accommodation, travelling costs and pocket money.

Other gifts he received include R10 000 from Standard Bank, R10 000 from SASOL, a laptop from MTN, a tablet from Vodacom, travelling bags from Old Mutual.

He will soon leave for Johannesburg to enrol for a bachelor’s of medicine at Wits University.
