BARBERTON – The case of a former councilor for the City of Mbombela Local Municipality, Mandla Mamba, was postponed to September 21.
Mamba briefly appeared before the Barberton Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
He was facing two charges: that of fraud and attempted murder. He had not plead in either case.
Mamba stepped down as an ANC representative councilor last year April. He was replaced by Lifa Sithole after the ANC regained the ward via the by-elections.
