Bowlers get rolling for super league

Ten men’s teams took to the White River rinks, while eight ladies’ fours fought it out in Malalane.

Matches will come thick and fast until both leagues reach their conclusions in early November.

There are five teams each from LVCC, Mbombela and White River respectively, two from Malalane and a single Barberton team in the men’s league.

Among the men, only Barberton and White River B won both their matches to set the early pace, and in Malalane, White River A scored a maximum 10 points.

The next series of matches will take place at LVCC on October 13.
